Air India which proved to be the most unprofessional and insensitive towards the plight of its supposedly valued customers. Like many others, I had booked the 14:50 flight AI 433 from Delhi to Bhopal. It is already 11 pm and even after 11 hours at T-3 terminal, we are still waiting to get our booked luggage back.
Air India management could have easily informed about the flight cancellation a few hours in advance, as IndiGo did. There was no problem of fog or busyness. Air India, your service has been very disappointing.
Check timing before leaving home
“Due to dense fog, flight operations at Delhi airport may be affected. Passengers are requested to contact the concerned airlines for flight information,” the airport authority said in a post on ‘X’. “Deeply regret any inconvenience caused,” it said. Earlier on Sunday, low visibility and dense fog conditions across northern India affected IndiGo’s flight operations, causing inconvenience to air passengers.
