New Delhi. Now there is no need to visit any website or app to book air tickets. Indigo has made its flight ticket booking service available on WhatsApp. This means that you can book tickets for air travel in a jiffy. Earlier, tickets for travelling in metro could be booked through WhatsApp.
India’s leading airline IndiGo has launched a service called 6Eskai. This is a chatbot service powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through this, you are given the facility to book tickets with just a few taps. This service has been developed in partnership with Google’s Riafy Technologies. It works as a pocket digital travel agent, which provides many services at one place.
According to the information shared by Indigo Airlines, this facility has been brought to make air travel more easy and simple. Its aim is to attract more passengers, so that they can get all the travel or flight related questions resolved at one place without opening any third party application. Customers can enjoy this service in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Tamil.

2. After this the feature will reply and introduce itself.
3. Here various options will appear, such as flight ticket booking, web check-in, boarding pass, and flight status etc.
4. Select the ‘Book flight tickets’ option.
5. The chatbot will ask you about your origin, destination city, and dates.
6. After answering all the questions, it will show the available flight options.
7. You can proceed by choosing the option that suits you.
8. After making the online payment, your booking process will be completed.
