Phase-IV’s Lajpat Nagar – Saket G Block Metro Corridor will be the second shortest metro line (8 km) in the Delhi Metro network. It will expand last mile connectivity while ensuring seamless interchange with existing metro corridors. The benefit of opening this route will be that it will consume less energy per trip.

Each coach will have a capacity of around 300 passengers

This will cause less harm to the environment and will also cost less. Each coach will have a seating and standing capacity of around 300 passengers, meaning a total of 900 passengers will be able to travel in 3 coaches per trip.

These will be the stations on this route

The new corridor has eight important stations, including Lajpat Nagar (interchange with Pink and Violet lines), Andrews Ganj, GK-1, Chirag Delhi (interchange with Magenta Line), Pushpa Bhawan, Saket Court, Pushp Vihar, Saket G Block (interchange with Golden Line).
