India is ranked 122nd in the list of powerful passports released recently. According to the Henley Passport Power Index, Indian citizens can get visa-free entry to a total of 57 countries. But there are some countries where Indian citizens can travel even without a passport. However, there will be some documents which are necessary to keep with you. So first of all let us tell you that those countries are Nepal and Bhutan.

Apart from this, there is a part of Pakistan where Indians do not need a passport to go. First we will talk about Nepal and Bhutan. If you go to both these countries by road, then passport will not be required. However, it is necessary to have a valid identity card. You do not need a passport even during air travel in Nepal. But passport is mandatory for air travel in Bhutan.

First let us talk about Nepal. You can visit this country between March to May, after that the weather is suitable for visiting here from September to November. If any Indian goes here, he neither needs a passport nor a visa. Apart from this, Indian citizens can also travel in Bhutan for 14 days without a visa. There is also no need for a passport by road. But an entry permit has to be taken from the immigration office there.

Here also voting card or Aadhar card, entry permit, passport size photo is required. Apart from Nepal and Bhutan, there is also a small part of Pakistan, where Indian citizens can go without a passport. That place is Kartarpur Sahib. This place was opened for Indian citizens a few years ago, where passport is not required. You just have to register the date of travel before going here. People can go only till Kartarpur Sahib through this corridor.
