Thick web switch is necessary on the track to increase speed

To increase the speed of trains, it is necessary to install thick web switches on the tracks. Along with increasing the speed of trains in Jhansi division, emphasis is also being laid on increasing safety. For this, the work of installing Track Thick Web Switch Point Machine (TWS) is being done rapidly. After their installation, the speed of trains will increase as well as safety will increase.

Conventional switches will be replaced

There are turnouts on the tracks to change the direction of trains. At present, conventional switches are being used in them. Now the work of installing thick web switches is going on at a fast pace. This will increase the speed of trains and they will also be more safe.

In this way, after Delhi to Agra, these two sections will be where the fastest trains will be able to run.

this will also be beneficial
