In view of the extra rush of passengers during the summer vacation, several summer special trains are being run by the Railways. For the convenience of the passengers, till now 23 pairs of summer special trains are being operated by Indian Railways under the jurisdiction of East Central Railway.
In the month of May, summer vacations begin in the schools of the states across the country. In such a situation, the crowd of passengers in the trains increases. This is the reason why in view of the extra rush of passengers in view of the summer vacation, many summer special trains are being run by the Railways. So that passengers can be comfortable. So far 23 pairs of summer special trains are being operated by Indian Railways under the jurisdiction of East Central Railway.
In this sequence, it has been decided to run a pair of summer specials from Udhna to Barauni. The operation of this train will make it easier for the people of UP-Bihar to travel.

Train number 09033/09034 Udhna-Barauni-Udhna Summer Special
Train No. 09033 Udhna-Barauni Summer Special running via Mokama-Patna-DDU-Prayagraj Chheoki-Jabalpur will leave Udhna at 20.35 hrs on every Monday and Wednesday from 3rd May to 31st May 2023 and reach Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Jn at 19.38 hrs the next day , Buxar at 20.56 hrs Arrah at 21.45 hrs, Patna at 22.25 hrs, Bakhtiyarpur at 23.15 hrs and Mokama at 23.45 hrs and will reach Barauni at 02.00 hrs on the third day.
Whereas, train number 09034 Barauni-Udhna Summer Special will leave Barauni at 11.00 am every Wednesday and Friday from May 5 to June 2, reach Mokama at 12.08 pm, Bakhtiyarpur at 12.45 pm, Patna at 13.55 pm, Ara at 15.05 pm, Buxar at 16.15 pm and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn. While stopping, it will reach Udhna at 19.00 hrs the next day.
CPRO of East Central Railway Virendra Kumar told that this summer special train will have 01 second air-conditioned class, 02 third air-conditioned class, 15 sleeper class and 04 general class coaches.
