India Post GDS Application Correction: India Post i.e. the Department of Posts has opened the application correction window for the Postal Servant (GDS Recruitment 2024) Recruitment 2024.
Candidates who have applied for this job of Indian Postal Department can make changes in their application form by visiting the official website indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The aim of the India Post Recruitment 2024 campaign is to fill the vacant posts of Gramin Dak Sevak in 23 circles across the country. Applications were sought for this recruitment from 10th pass candidates between 18 years to 32 years. For the post of Gramin Dak Sevak, knowledge of computer along with cycling is also a must.
More than 44 thousand posts
This recruitment is state-wise, in which each state has been allotted a different number of posts. This includes 2,718 posts in Rajasthan, 2,558 posts in Bihar, 4,588 posts in Uttar Pradesh, 4,011 posts in Madhya Pradesh and 1,338 posts in Chhattisgarh.

Selection Process of GDS
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in class 10th. State wise or circle wise merit list will be prepared. After this, candidates will be called for document verification.
Salary will be around 30 thousand
The Postal Department started the application process for GDS recruitment from July 15. Applications for this recruitment can be made till August 5. Candidates selected for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak will get a salary of Rs 10,000 to Rs 29,380 per month.
