New Delhi. After the scorching heat, the weather is changing once again. The weather has started changing from the Bay of Bengal to the Arabian Sea. The south monsoon is getting stronger. Due to this, there is continuous heavy rain in the coastal areas.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert for some states in view of the change in weather. According to meteorologists, heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in Kerala, Maharashtra and Kerala. On the other hand, Rajasthan, which is facing severe heat, is also likely to receive relief rains. According to the IMD, due to the activation of Western Disturbance, there may be rain with strong winds in many districts of Rajasthan.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for Maharashtra and Karnataka. Meteorologists issued an alert and said that heavy to very heavy rains may occur in some parts of Maharashtra and North Karnataka as well as coastal areas. This trend is expected to continue for the next 5 days.

At the same time, the mood of the weather has also changed in North-West India. IMD said that there may be rain with thunder in West-North India for the next two days. The local administration has also become alert in view of the forecast of the Meteorological Department. After the forecast of torrential rain for five consecutive days, common people have also started keeping items of daily use, so that they do not have to face any kind of problems.

There will be havoc in Kerala

IMD has issued a weather forecast especially for Kerala. According to IMD, heavy to very heavy rains may occur in three districts of the state on Friday. These districts include Malappuram, Wayanad and Kozhikode. Apart from this, there is a possibility of torrential rains in Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod on Saturday 8 June. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Pathanamthitta, Appuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad, Kannur and Kasaragod. Apart from this, heavy rains are also expected in Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur, Palakkad and Malappuram districts on Saturday. The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert for June 8.

Western disturbance in Rajasthan

The weather has changed in Rajasthan as well. Due to the activation of western disturbance, light rain with strong winds is expected in many districts of the state. IMD Jaipur Unit Director Radheshyam Sharma said that in the next 48 hours, light rain may occur in some areas of Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Jaipur and Bharatpur due to western disturbance.

There is a forecast of thundershowers and dust storms in eastern Rajasthan. Some parts of northern Rajasthan may be affected by this on June 9. He said that during this time the maximum temperature will be less than 43 degrees Celsius and there is no possibility of heat wave for 4-5 days.
