Cold conditions can be severe in the morning and evening in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and other states. Pink cold is being felt in Delhi and NCR at this time, but this cold is increasing further in combination with fog and smog. Due to smog in Delhi, the level of air pollution has also increased dangerously.

According to the Meteorological Department, till November 23, there will be dry weather in the entire North West India, but there will be no reduction in cold. There will be dense fog in all the states, which may cause traffic problems in the morning and evening. The rays of the sun may provide some relief during the day, but there will be a possibility of a drop in temperature.

Rain and hail in South India and Northeast states

Heavy rains will continue in South Indian states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andaman-Nicobar Islands. Light to moderate rain may occur at some places especially in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and other northeastern states.
