A new western disturbance is affecting the weather in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, which may lead to rain and snowfall between February 3-6.

Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh may receive light to moderate rains, which will bring down the temperature and cold winds will blow again. Rains are also expected in western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, which may worsen the weather conditions.
