The Meteorological Department has also issued red, orange and yellow alerts in many districts of UP for Wednesday. Heavy rain has also been warned in the surrounding areas of Lucknow. Apart from this, there are highway blocks due to landslides. Bridges have been washed away due to the rapid flow of rivers.

While many people have been shifted to camps, many families are forced to spend time under the flyover. It is being told that more than 500 people have died across the country in rain-related incidents. At the same time, 9 thousand houses have been damaged.

Yellow alert has been issued in Rajasthan, East Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Goa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
