Actually, IDFC First Bank has launched Mayura Credit Card on Thursday (September 20). The special thing about this card is that the cardholder will not have to pay any forex charge for making payment abroad.

- Higher Rewards: 10X reward points on spending more than Rs 20,000 in a statement cycle and on your birthday i.e. 10 times more reward points than normal rewards

Forex markup fee
Let us tell you that card companies charge forex markup fee when you make payment abroad using credit card. This fee can be up to 3.5 percent of your transaction amount. However, there are some credit cards in the market that charge low or zero forex markup fee.
