Implement Hybrid Work Model: Wipro, one of India’s top software services companies, has launched a mandatory Hybrid Work Policy. Under this new rule, the company’s employees will have to work from office for at least three days every week.
Wipro’s new rule is going to be effective from 15 November 2023. The company has taken this decision in view of the growing trend among major Indian IT companies including TCS and Infosys. According to the company, the purpose of this change is to increase teamwork and promote personal interactions.

According to the report of Moneycontrol, this policy change was informed about in an email sent to the employees on November 6, 2023. According to Saurabh Govil, Chief HR Officer, Wipro, the decision for the hybrid work model is designed to promote face-to-face collaboration, strengthen Wipro’s corporate culture and facilitate more effective communication.
Action can be taken
If employees do not come to office, action can be taken against them. Wipro told its employees that if they do not follow the new work policy, they will have to face consequences from January 7, 2024.
If employees do not come to the office following the rules, they may lose confidence, the quality of work may deteriorate, and they may feel more stressed. Wipro can also take action against him.
