- First visit the official website beneficiary.nha.gov.in
- Now a new page will open in front of you in which you will have to login.

- After logging in, a new beneficiary portal will open in which you have to select the scheme name (PMJAY), state, sub-scheme (PMJAY), district, search by Aadhaar and then enter your Aadhaar number.

- After this, on the next screen you will see the Ayushman card list in which you can check your name or the name of any other member of the family.
- After checking your name or the name of any member of your family in the Ayushman Card list, go to the Action button shown in front of the member in whose name you want to make the Ayushman Card.
- Here, if you want to get Ayushman card made in your name, then verify your Aadhaar number and complete E-KYC by selecting Aadhar OTP.
- After the verification is done, you will get a matching score, if it is more than 80% then assume that your Ayushman card has been auto approved.
