How To File Complaint Online

  • First of all, go to the official traffic site of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways echallan.parivahan.gov.in/gsticket/.
  •  As soon as the link opens, you will see a link for the complaint, where you have to click.
  • After visiting this link, you have to log in to your account. Where you will have to enter all the information correctly including your name, your number, your challan number, which you would have received on your registered mobile number.
  • After filling all the required information, you will have to upload the proof of e-challan complaint. For this, use the upload option and fill the captcha code correctly.
  • Once the uploading process is completed, you have to finally click on the submit button. Now your complaint has been registered.

There is no charge of any kind in this entire process.

How to track complaint status

After the complaint made by you, the traffic police department will investigate the e-challan complaint submitted. You can check its status on the complaint system.

  • First of all, you have to open the Transport Grievance Ticket Status
  • Then, open the webpage https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/gsticket in your browser. open
  • Click on the tab written ‘Ticket Status’
  • Provide your e-ticket or e-challan complaint number and fill the captcha code
  • Now click on ‘Status Check’
  • You will get the latest update of the complaint on the screen

For the convenience of the people, now the traffic police is also sharing a format through social media, in which it has been told how people can send their complaint in case of wrong challan.
