- Go to the official website of the Election Commission of India: www.eci.gov.in.
- Click on the “New” section displayed at the top.
- Select “Download e-EPIC.”
- A new page will open with various options.
- Scroll down to the “Service” section.
- Click on “Download e-EPIC” here.
- Fill in your registered mobile number, email, or EPIC number, password, and captcha code.
- Click on “Request OTP.”
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on “Verify and Login.”
- After logging in, select the state along with the EPIC number and click on “Search.”
- A new page will open where you need to click on “Download EPIC.”
- Your digital voter ID card will be downloaded in PDF format to your phone.

- Go to https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
- Click “Sign up” at the top right.
- Provide mobile number, email, and captcha. Click “Continue.”
- Enter first name, last name, chosen password, and confirm password. Click “Request OTP.”
- Retrieve OTP from mobile and email. Enter OTP and click “Verify.”
- Go back to homepage, click “Login,” enter details, and request OTP.
- Enter OTP, click “Verify & Login” to access Voter services portal.
- Click “Fill Form 6” under “New registration for general electors.”
- Complete Form 6 with personal details, relatives’ info, Aadhaar details, etc.
- Upload required documents.
- Review info on preview page and click “Submit” to finalize voter registration application.
