Process to lodge complaint online
- First of all you have to visit the official website eChallan.parivahan.gov.in.
- Here you have to click on the ‘Complaint’ tab visible.
- Then you will have to provide your name, phone number, traffic challan number and other request details.
- You then have to select the issue you are facing with the e-challan from the drop-down list.
- Once you have filled in all your details, click on the ‘Submit’ tab to send your complaint.
Process for filing complaint through phone and mail
- If you have wrong traffic challan then you need to send mail to helpdesk-echallan@gov.in by attaching your proof.
- You can also register your complaint by calling +91-120-4925505 between 6:00 am to 12:00 pm.
You can also complain like this
- If your traffic challan is issued wrongly, you can also complain about it in the court. By presenting your case in the court, you can get the wrong challan issued by the traffic police cancelled.
- You can also register the wrong traffic challan by mailing to the state traffic police mail ID.
- You can also register your complaint by calling the traffic police control room number.
- You can also complain about wrong traffic challan to the Traffic Commissioner, SP Traffic or the concerned officer.
