Heavy Rain Alert- Light fog cover is visible in many parts of the country this morning. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of dense fog in the morning and night in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab from November 11 to 13. The IMD has issued a yellow alert for heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. Meanwhile, heavy rain is expected in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala from November 12 to 15 (punjab haryana weather update).
Rain in Punjab
A cyclone will form in the Bay of South Bengal in the next 12 hours. Due to this, it is likely to rain for 4 days after Monday. The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain warning (weather update rain) in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The weather may change from this evening. The Meteorological Department said that a low pressure has formed over South-West Bay of Bengal.
According to the IMD, the Himalayan region is likely to see a minimum temperature drop of 2-3 degrees Celsius over the next four to five days, while other parts of the country are likely to see a slight change in temperature.
What will the weather be like in Delhi?
If we talk about Delhi, the capital of the country, it is starting to feel pink cold here in the morning and at night. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Delhi will remain like this for a few more days. Also, the maximum temperature in Delhi during this week will be between 32 to 33 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be around 17 to 18 degrees Celsius. According to IMD, there is not going to be any significant change in the weather in North India for 4 days. The Meteorological Department has issued a dense fog warning.
Weather in Bihar
The weather pattern has changed in two states of North India, UP and Bihar. Even in the second week of November, it is not completely cold. However, mornings and evenings may feel cold in western UP. Mild effect of cold is being seen now. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain clear in Uttar Pradesh till November 15.
On the other hand, even in Bihar, winter has not yet fully set in, even though the nights have started getting cold. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain clear for the next 3-4 days, although the temperature will not drop. The morning and evening chill has now started showing its effect in many districts. Even in the capital Patna, people can be seen in warm clothes.
