According to the Meteorological Department, a cyclonic circulation is formed over the lower tropospheric levels of Central Maharashtra and its surrounding areas. Due to the cyclone, heavy rains may occur in states like Maharashtra, Telangana, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka on April 5. Along with this, there is also an alert of hailstorm.
