LPG Cylinder Price: From the first day of the new year, people of Rajasthan will have to pay only Rs 450 for a gas cylinder. The new Bhajanlal Sharma government of Rajasthan has also announced this. However, we want to make it clear here that the government has made this announcement regarding the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. Also, families living below poverty line (BPL) will get its benefit.
CIn fact, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has said that from January 1, LPG cylinder will be available for only Rs 450. However, this announcement of Rajasthan government is only for the beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme. The government will now give more subsidy on gas to women beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme.
