In order to give higher charges along with pay scale to the police personnel, a Central Screening Committee has also been constituted under the chairmanship of DGP, which will consider the nomination of the personnel and officials provided with the recommendations of the Regional Selection Board.
There is good news for the police personnel of Bihar. Police personnel are soon going to get the benefit of higher charges along with pay scale. The process has been started after issuing orders in this regard by the General Administration Department.
The committee will consider
According to the information, in order to give higher charges along with pay scale to the police personnel, a Central Screening Committee has also been constituted under the chairmanship of Director General of Police (DGP) RS Bhatti, which will nominate the personnel and officials provided with the recommendations of the Regional Selection Board.
Will consider and then after the approval of the appointing authority, an order related to the charge (including pay scale) of promotion to the higher post will be issued.
Information will be available by 15th November
Under the order, all the regional selection councilors will publish the list and receive objections within the prescribed time limit before sending the recommendations to the screening committee and then the final decision will be taken after reviewing the objections. The list of recommended officials will be made available to the DGP Control Room by November 15.
The special thing is that in this committee, one officer each from Scheduled Caste, Tribe and Minority community nominated by the General Administration and Finance Department and nominated by the DGP have been included as members in this committee.
