7th Pay Commission : Himachal Pradesh government has given good news to government employees and pensioners before Diwali.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Sukhu announced that all the employees and pensioners of the state will be paid their salary and pension on October 28. This step on the occasion of Diwali will benefit about 3.50 lakh employees and pensioners of the state.
DA arrears will be available
Apart from this, the Himachal government will also pay the pending 4 percent Dearness Allowance from January 2023, which will provide additional relief to all these employees and pensioners. Along with this, pending claims of medical bills will also be settled.
Employees will get big relief before Diwali
Chief Minister Sukhu also said that the state government had earlier delayed the salary of employees to promote financial discipline, but now in view of Diwali, it has been decided that the salary for the month of October will be released on October 28. After this announcement, the enthusiasm of government employees and pensioners regarding the festival of Diwali has increased further, as they will get the payment of salary and allowances on time.
