The Central Government has decided to increase the dearness allowance by 4 percent this time. After this decision of the government, there will be a bumper increase in the salary of the employees.
The money of DA Arrear will also be transferred to the account, let us tell you that its formal announcement can be made soon i.e. in the month of September. According to the AICPI index, after increasing the DA, along with the increase in the salary of the employees, the money for the months of July and August will be transferred to their account in the form of arrears.
According to the present scale of the Seventh Pay Commission, dearness allowance and DR are being paid to the employees and pensioners at the rate of 34 percent, but after the formal announcement next month, the DA of the employees will be 4 percent. Percentage will increase i.e. from next month you will get dearness allowance at the rate of 38 per cent.
Dearness Allowance (DA) of central employees will be 38 percent
In the 7th Pay Commission, in the current structure, DA and DR are being paid at the rate of 34 percent to all central government employees and pensioners. But, after September, the payment will be done at the rate of 38%. Three months dearness allowance will be paid along with the September salary. It will also come with DA Arrear for July and August. Central employees can get an idea of the increase in salary according to their basic pay and grade.
