Gold and silver in futures trading
In futures trade on Tuesday, the price of gold fell by Rs 68 to Rs 65,540 per 10 grams. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 68, or 0.1 per cent, to Rs 65,540 per 10 gram on a business turnover of 13,045 lots.
On Tuesday, the price of silver fell by Rs 176 to Rs 75,320 per kg. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for May delivery fell Rs 176, or 0.23 per cent, to Rs 75,320 per kg with a turnover of 25,948 lots.
