DGCA has given permission to fly
Recently, on Friday, July 21, Go First has been allowed by the aviation regulator DGCA to fly with conditions. However, despite this, GoFirst’s repeated postponement of its flight operations is an indication that all is not well for the company. Significantly, the insolvency resolution process is going on against Go First. The company had stopped its airlines from May 3.
Due to operational reasons, Go First flights until 27th July 2023 are cancelled. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and request customers to visit https://t.co/FdMt1cRR4b for more information. For any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us. pic.twitter.com/7f4ynKRmtR

DGCA had given permission with these conditions
- It is very important for airlines to have an air operator certificate at all times.
- The aircraft used in the operation should be in good airworthiness.
- No aircraft should be used in operation without a handling flight.
- Any change in the company which has a bearing on the plan submitted by the resolution professional should be immediately informed to DGCA.
- The resolution professional will have to provide information about flight schedules, aircraft condition, pilots, cabin crew, AMEs, flight dispatchers to the regulator.
However, it can be said that the company is currently thinking of restarting its flight operations with the aircraft which are currently in operational condition with GoFirst.
