Kisan Credit Card: Many times the case of misbehavior with the customers by the bank staff has come to the fore. Its complaint was also made to the higher officials.
Keeping this in mind, Union Minister of State for Finance Bhagwat K Karad has made an appeal to the bank staff. Appealing for further improvement in banking service, he said that banks should work considering customers as God. Earlier, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had also asked to simplify the banking system in a meeting with the bank heads.
Move towards reducing the problem points
Addressing the ‘Customer Conference’ program organized by Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) this week, Karad said that banks should improve their customer service. Along with this, progress should also be made in the direction of reducing the problem points. He also asked the customers to be helpful in repaying the loans, so that the financial condition of the banks remains good.
Regarding Kisan
Credit Card (KCC), he urged all the banks including BoM to take this scheme to more farmers. He said that the banking sector needs to help small and marginal farmers, youth and women entrepreneurs and act as a catalyst of growth. Let us tell you that with this order of the Union Minister, the work related to the banking sector is expected to be done more easily in the banks in the coming times.
State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Punjab National Bank have the highest customer base in the country. In such a situation, the customers of these banks will get the benefit of the order of the Finance Minister.
