Eligible Group C and Group B (Non-Gazetted) employees of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization will get 60 (sixty) days’ salary for the year 2021-22 subject to a maximum of Rs 13,806.
EPFO: Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has announced bonus for its employees before Diwali in the festive season. The social security organization has said that it will offer Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) to all its Group ‘C’ and Group ‘B’ (non-gazetted) employees. As part of this bonus, eligible EPFO employees will get PLB equivalent to 60 days’ salary, subject to a maximum of Rs 13,806. Eligible EPFO employees will receive PLB in the amount of 60 days salary up to a maximum of Rs 13,806 as part of this incentive.
Approval of competent authority for grant of advance against productivity linked bonus for eligible Group C and Group B (non-gazetted) employees of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization for the year 2021-22, EPFO said in a letter. Is equal to. Eligible Group C and Group B (Non-Gazetted) employees of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization will get 60 (sixty) days’ salary for the year 2021-22 subject to a maximum of Rs 13,806.
The social security organization said that the payment of advance is subject to the condition that the advance payment will be adjusted against the PLB for the year 2021-22 and any excess payment will be traced to the PLB for the year. It will be returned immediately. which will be submitted by each eligible employee.
Know who will not get the bonus
The announcement about Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) for eligible Group C and Group B (non-gazetted) employees of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization comes a few days before Diwali 2022. The EPFO regular Group C and Group B (non-gazetted) employees, whether temporary or permanent, would be entitled to receive the bonus if they were in service on pro-rata basis and also on the last day of March 2021-2022. According to the circular of Employees Provident Fund Organization, however, departmental casual, contract and additional employees will not be eligible for incentives. All eligible employees will get this Employees Provident Fund Organization bonus.
