It has been announced that salary and pension will be given to about 25 lakh state employees and pensioners of Uttar Pradesh before Diwali this time. Salary will be paid to the accounts of all employees and pensioners on Wednesday i.e. 30 October.
Yogi government had issued a government order to give salary and pension to everyone before Diwali this time. After which the Finance Department has completed the preparations to release everyone’s salary and pension.
It is worth noting that the Yogi government had announced bonus and three percent dearness allowance on Diwali, which has also been paid. Now preparations are on to pay salary to the employees before Diwali, so that everyone can celebrate Diwali well. The payment of salary before Diwali is also bringing a lot of enthusiasm in the market. Traders expect that the payment of salary and pension can lead to expenditure of up to 150 crores in the market.
Salary bills reached the treasury
According to the information, salary bills of all departments except a few were sent to the treasury on Monday. Salary bills of the remaining departments will reach the treasury by Tuesday. After which salary and pension will be credited to everyone’s account by Wednesday. Salary bills worth more than Rs 83 crore were passed on Monday.
