Big relief is being given by Bihar government to its employees. This time the government has decided to send their salaries to their accounts before Mahaparva Chhath. According to the government order, all state employees will be provided their November salaries before Chhath.
A decision on this issue has been taken by the Finance Department following the instructions of Bihar Government. Salary payment to employees will start from November 16. In such a situation, the salaries of lakhs of state employees will be sent to their accounts before the month of November is over.
Salary will be paid ahead of time
Salary will be paid 15 days in advance. Chhath, the great festival of folk faith, is one of the major festivals of Bihar. A decision for this has been taken by the Bihar government. The Finance Department has started preparations for this. Instructions related to this have been issued to the Principal Secretary of the State, Secretary of the Legislative Assembly, Director General of the High Court including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Department Head, Divisional Commissioner, District Officer and Treasury Officers.
Let us tell you that earlier also on the occasion of Durga Puja, salaries were paid to the employees ahead of time. His salary for the month of October was sent to his account even before Durga Puja. Now, in view of the great festival Chhath, it has already been agreed to pay salaries to the employees.
Increase in dearness allowance soon
Nitish government of Bihar may soon increase the dearness allowance of state employees and pensioners. Proposals will be prepared for this. In which cabinet meeting it will be placed. Once the proposal is approved in the cabinet meeting, its orders will be issued by the Finance Department.
After the increase in dearness allowance by the central government, the benefit of increased dearness allowance can soon be made available to pensioners including state employees and teachers. At present dearness allowance at the rate of 42% is being provided to Bihar government employees.
