Hermes has said that its revenue has increased by 23 percent on an annual basis in the fourth quarter. The company’s full year revenue has increased by 29% to 11.6 billion euros (Rs 1 lakh crore).The company has said that this bonus payment is part of its value sharing policy. Hermes specializes in leather goods, fashion accessories, home decor, jewellery, timepieces, ready-to-wear and lifestyle products.
Hermes will distribute about 1.4 billion euros to its investors amid record profits, the company paying a dividend of Rs 1,140 per share. The company is paying a dividend of 13 euros (about Rs 1140) per share.
This is 63% more than the dividend given in the year 2022.The company had given a dividend of 8 euros (about Rs 701) on every share in the year 2022.Hermès was in the news a few weeks ago when fugitive Hong Kong tycoon Joseph Lau sold several Hermès bags at auction for $3.2 million.
