The bank has tied up with Protean eGov Technologies (NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited) to expand PAN card issuance services in India, especially in rural areas.
Fino Bank said in a statement that the tie-up will allow Protean to expand its reach to other parts of the country through Fino Bank’s virtual network of over 12.2 lakh merchant points. With this tie up, Fino becomes the first payment bank to act as a PAN Service Agency (PCA) of Protein.
