Water Crisis: The Supreme Court has said that Himachal Pradesh has agreed to release excess water.

At the same time, the Haryana government has been asked to help in releasing water to Delhi through the Wazirabad Barrage. There is a news of relief for the people of Delhi who are facing water shortage. The Supreme Court has directed the Himachal Pradesh government to release 137 cusecs of additional water on Friday, so that the drinking water crisis in the country’s capital can be reduced.

The Supreme Court has said that Himachal Pradesh has agreed to release additional water.
