New Delhi. Delhi Metro services will start from 3 am on 26 January Republic Day. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has given this information on its X handle. DMRC has said that keeping in mind the celebration and pride of Republic Day, Delhi Metro will start its services from 3:00 am on all lines on 26 January 2025 (Sunday). This step will help passengers to reach the path of duty and be a part of the Republic Day celebrations.
For the convenience of passengers, the metro will run at an interval of every 30 minutes till 6:00 am. After this, the metro services will operate as per regular timings throughout the day. Delhi Metro has requested passengers to plan their journey in advance and avoid any inconvenience by using these early started services of the metro.

Increased vigilance at metro stations
DMRC has said that security has been further increased at metro stations on the occasion of 26 January. According to DMRC, additional security arrangements have been made at all metro stations till 27 January. Passengers have been advised to plan their journey keeping this in mind.
