Anurag Bajpayee, founder of Autopay Payment Solution, the company that developed this app, said that using this app, any person will be able to avail locker services from one hour to six hours at designated stations. For this, the prescribed fare will also have to be paid online through the app.
Comparing the digital locker facility with the cloak room facility available at railway stations, a senior DMRC official said that the only difference between the two is the use of the digital platform.
