According to DMRC, Metro is running late between Kashmere Gate and Central Secretariat on Yellow Line of Delhi Metro. Delhi Metro gave information about this by tweeting. Don’t know the reason for the delay

But, people traveling by Yellow Line Metro should leave for their destination about 1 hour before, otherwise they may get delayed in reaching their destination due to delay in Metro operations.
