Along with this, the amount of insurance has also been increased. There may also be an announcement regarding opening of new hospitals.
Delhi residents will get insurance worth Rs 10 lakh
In the budget session, CM Rekha Gupta said that along with the insurance of Rs 5 lakh, the Delhi government is going to top up the insurance and provide an additional insurance of Rs 5 lakh. This means that now the people of Delhi will get a total insurance of Rs 10 lakh. For this, a proposal has been made to allocate Rs 2144 crore in the budget session.
