7th Pay Commission Update: There is once again great news for government employees and the wait for DA hike is over. The DA hike has been approved by the government and a 3% increase in DA has been announced.

The BJP-led Madhya Pradesh government (MP Govt) has given this gift to the power officers and employees of the state. This gift has been given by the government to the employees of MP Power Management Company. The dearness allowance has increased to 34 percent, till now the electricity employees of Madhya Pradesh get 31 percent dearness allowance.

But now after the announcement of 3 percent increase by the government, it has increased to 34 percent. About 30 thousand employees will get the benefit of this increase. Now the employees will get a total of 34 percent dearness allowance from August 1, 2022. The cabinet approved the information about this was given by the state government.

In Madhya Pradesh, it is being considered as an exercise to make the employees happy amidst the election campaign. The cabinet has approved an increase in dearness allowance by 3 percent. This decision of the government will increase the burden on the state exchequer. Earlier, the Chief Minister of the state Shivraj Singh Chouhan has increased the dearness allowance of the state government employees from 31 to 34 percent.

This decision of his will benefit 7.5 lakh employees of MP. Apart from this, dearness allowance of central employees is also expected to be increased from 34 percent to 38 percent. An announcement for this is expected soon from the government side.
