To sell the remaining flats, DDA is launching the third phase of Diwali Special Housing Scheme (e-auction) from Monday. DDA will hand over MIG flats by April 2024 and HIG, Super HIG and Penthouses by June 2024. The remaining 257 flats have been included in the third phase.
