Let us tell you that 27,000 people who reach first will get flats on first come first serve basis. Whereas the remaining 5,000 thousand flats will be e-auctioned. Under the new rules of the scheme, those people who already have flats and plots of 67 square meters or smaller size will also be able to apply. It also includes 1100 luxury flats. Under the previous housing scheme, applications will be made through online mode only.
According to DDA, applicants will be able to join the scheme by paying registration fees. After twenty days, the applicants will be able to go to see the location of the flat and the flat etc. selected as per priority. For this, DDA will provide the numbers of officers.
According to DDA, the price of flats of different categories ranges from Rs 11.50 lakh to more than Rs 5 crore. The price of EWS flat has been fixed at Rs 1.5 lakh, LIG flat at Rs 23 lakh, MIG flat at Rs 1 crore, HIG flat at Rs 1.4 crore and Super HIG flat at Rs 2.5 crore. The price of penthouse will start from Rs 5 crore. Its price will be decided on the basis of e-auction.
According to DDA, maximum number of flats in the scheme are in Narela. There are more than 2,8000 flats of different classes. Out of all 27 thousand flats of the first come-first serve scheme, about 728 EWS flats are in Dwarka Sector-19B and 1008 EWS flats are in Dwarka Sector-14. There are 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram.
