Dare to Dream was given at a grand ceremony in Mumbai. These awards are a platform where business leaders who have done exceptional work in the areas of innovation, technology, digital transformation are felicitated.
Focus Award on New India
According to SAP’s Senior Director Marketing Nikita Das, the theme of the award this year was Leading Businessmen of New India. He said that this theme is inspired by the future and we have to keep an eye on the next 25 years because this time will be most important to include India in developed countries. Keeping this in view, the award is celebrating the success of those people who will lead India’s success in the SME sector during the next 25 years.
The inspiration for this award has been taken from the thought of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, according to which by the 100th year of independence i.e. by 2047, India will come out of the line of developing countries and join developed countries. Keeping this in mind, the Dare to Dream Award is honoring such small and medium businessmen who will be very important in achieving this ambitious goal of 25 years to join the developed countries.
