In fact, earlier in 2016 , when the fitment factor was increased, the minimum salary of the employees had increased from Rs 6 thousand to Rs 18 thousand. Now if the government increases the fitment factor again, then their minimum salary will increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000.
Dearness allowance for 18 months is stuck , while the dearness allowance of central employees for 18 months was stopped during the Corona epidemic. Dearness allowance is due from January 2020 to June 2021. The employees are constantly demanding its release. According to media reports, the employees may get it.
Earlier in September 2022, 4 percent DA of the employees was increased. At present, dearness allowance is being given to central employees at the rate of 38 per cent.
