7th Pay Commission: A big good news has been given by the Central Government for the employees which is not related to their salary. Although according to the 7th Pay Commission, a decision will be taken soon regarding the increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) of the employees, but before that the government has given the good news of promotion to the employees.
This promotion will be for those employees who are taking salary under the 7th Pay Commission and is under the Ministry of Defence. Recently the government has changed the rules related to promotion and has also issued its notification.
Defense Ministry gave information
In the information issued by the Defense Ministry, it has been said that the promotion list of defense civilian employees has been released and the rules of minimum service have also been changed. The Central Government has set revised criteria for all the employees under the Defense Ministry. In this regard, a notification has been issued by the Defense Ministry in which information regarding the eligibility for promotion has been given.

For your information, let us tell you that the Defense Ministry has fixed the criteria for promotion according to each level. Apart from this, a memorandum has also been issued and grade wise list has also been shared.
How much experience should you have?
The criteria for promotion have been decided by the Defense Ministry and according to this list, it is necessary to have 3 years of experience for promotion for Level 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Along with this, 8 years of experience is required for Level 2 to 4. Whereas for level 3 to 4, there should be 5 years of experience. Whereas for Level 17 employees, 1 year experience is required and for Level 6 to 11, 12 years experience is required.
DA will increase soon
