Documents for Jati Praman Patra Getting a caste certificate made in many tribal dominated states of India proves to be a tough job. Many times people get tired of visiting government offices, but the caste certificate is not made.
Eventually people get tired and give up hope even if they come from reserved castes. But now there is no need to worry. Yes, the government has made important changes in the rules for making caste certificates, under which now caste certificates can be made even for those people who do not have any record in the land related documents.
Jati Praman Patra ke Liye Document According to the notification issued by the government, the general public was given notice that if they want to make their caste, then they will have to submit the documents in the office one month in advance. The caste certificate will be issued by the zonal office only after the Nagar Panchayat investigation.
The residents of Saraikela had complained several times in writing to the Saraikela SDO Satyanand Mahato that it has become difficult for the residents to make caste certificates, this problem should be solved immediately. Due to this, people are facing a lot of trouble. To find a solution to these problems, the SDO held several meetings with the zonal officer and prepared the rules and looked at the government guidelines.
The report was also sent to the government so that some guidelines could be obtained. The government sent the guidelines to the Saraikela SDO. Only after this this decision was taken.
If the caste of any person is not mentioned in the Khatian under the Nagar Panchayat, then a new rule has been made for them by the Saraikela Zonal Officer’s office. People will get the caste certificate within a month. Using the powers conferred in the light of the letter number 14 J.Ni-3/2015/Ka. 1754, dated 25.02.2019 of the Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department of the Government of Jharkhand, the Zonal Officer has invited applications from those who have sufficient documents related to caste.
