Explain that the number of employees of the company decreased by 2,197 in the October-December 2022 quarter and has now increased to 6.13 lakh.

Company said that in the coming times, we are doing recruitment at almost the same level. 1,25,000 to 1,50,000 people are going to be recruited in the next financial year. According to the information, TCS gave jobs to 1.03 lakh new people in the financial year 2021-22.
