Bullet Train- Feasibility report has been prepared on five routes in the country for running bullet train. Now preparations are on for the seventh route, this train will run in Madhya Pradesh. For this, the railways has given instructions to the officials, according to the officials, the process will start in this direction soon.
New Delhi. There is good news for the people of Madhya Pradesh. People here will also be able to enjoy travelling by bullet train in future. A plan is being made to run bullet train between two cities. After its running, the distance between many cities can be covered in less time. This will be the seventh route of the bullet train. The Railway Minister has also accepted the idea of running bullet train in Madhya Pradesh and has given instructions to the officials regarding this.
Recently, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav came to the ministry to meet Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. There was a discussion between the two about many railway projects of Madhya Pradesh. According to the Railway Ministry, the Chief Minister has demanded from the Railway Minister to run a bullet train in Madhya Pradesh. The Railway Minister has given approval to this. Also, instructions have been given to the officials of the ministry to form a committee and start the process.
Possibility of travelling between these two cities
Bullet train can be run between cities at least 500 kms apart. There is a possibility that this train can be run between Jabalpur and Indore. Because Indore is the main city of the state from a business point of view and right now it takes a lot of time to reach here from Jabalpur.
PM’s dream project
The bullet train project is the Prime Minister’s dream project. Its construction is being done by the National High Speed Rail Corporation. Apart from Delhi Mumbai Ahmedabad, there are plans to run bullet trains on five more routes in the future. The feasibility report has been prepared on all these six routes.

Feasibility report has been prepared for Delhi-Amritsar, Howrah-Varanasi-Patna, Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Ahmedabad, Mumbai-Nashik-Nagpur, Mumbai-Hyderabad corridor.
A look at the Mumbai and Ahmedabad bullet trains
The National High Speed Rail Corporation is constructing India’s first high-speed rail line of 508 km length between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, 352 km of which will pass through 8 districts of Gujarat. Here, RC track bed construction work is going on in Anand, Vadodara, Surat and Navsari districts. Construction of about 71 km RC track bed has been completed and welding of rails on the viaduct has started.
