BSNL Plan : Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a very affordable prepaid plan for its customers. The price of BSNL’s new plan is Rs 997. In the new plan, BSNL is giving 320GB data to the customers, which costs only Rs 3.11 per GB.
Under the plan, customers will get 2GB data every day, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS daily service. Apart from this, this plan is also offering free pre-loaded caller tune (PRBT) and Lokdhun service for 2 months. Thus, overall this plan gives 320GB data, which costs only Rs 3.11 per GB. What is special about BSNL’s Rs 997 plan?
The biggest feature of this plan is its long validity of 160 days. There are very few prepaid plans in the market that offer such long validity. This plan of BSNL is especially beneficial for those customers who want to use data and calling service for a long time. If you recharge this plan twice, you get a validity of 320 days, which is almost equal to one year. This means that for less than Rs 2000 you can avail this plan for a whole year.

BSNL will start 4G service soon
BSNL is preparing to launch 4G services across India in the next 18 to 24 months, which will allow customers to benefit more from such affordable plans. BSNL also has plans that offer additional services like gaming benefits and OTT (over-the-top) subscriptions for free.
5G service will come after 4G
BSNL also plans to launch 5G service by 2024. The company has awarded a major project contract to ‘Skipper’ company for the supply and installation of its 4G mobile towers. Apart from this, BSNL will upgrade 2343 mobile towers to 4G, which will be funded by the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF). Thus, with BSNL’s Rs 997 plan, customers can avail the service at affordable rates and also enjoy 4G and 5G services in the coming time.
