According to the report of news agency NNI, the Transport Department of Delhi Government has issued the order. Thousands of taxi drivers in Delhi will get relief from this decision of the government.
Help to taxi drivers:
Transport Minister Kailash Gehlaut in Delhi government tweeted that the validity of permits of all taxis running on CNG and other clean fuels and holding contract carriage permits has now been extended to 15 years. This step will help all our taxi driver brothers who will now be able to drive their CNG vehicles for 15 years.
The government is standing with the auto-taxi drivers
Gehlot further said that the Delhi government under the able leadership of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has always stood with the auto-taxi drivers.
