For the convenience of railway passengers during the festival, Railways has temporarily increased the stoppages of three trains going to Bihar. One of these trains goes from Delhi to Katihar, while two trains run between Prayagraj, Rambagh and Muzaffarpur. According to Northern Railway, this decision will help a large number of passengers to reach their homes during the festival. There will now be a total of 16 stoppages between Prayagraj Rambagh and Muzaffarpur. This train covers a distance of 663 kilometers. Similarly, the train going from Delhi to Katihar

Stoppage of 12537 Muzaffarpur-Prayagraj Rambagh Express train has also started at Mehsi station from today. This train will arrive at Mehsi station at 20:05 and depart at 20:07. Similarly, stoppage of 15706 Humsafar Express from Delhi to Katihar has also been started at Chakia station with immediate effect.

This train will arrive at this station at 10.46 am and will depart at 10.48 am. Similarly, stoppage of 15705 Humsafar Express train from Katihar to Delhi is going to start at Chakia station from November 16. This train will arrive here at 13:42 and depart at 13:44.

GM reviewed the arrangements on Chhath Puja

Shobhan Chaudhary, General Manager of Northern Railway, has reviewed the arrangements made in the stations regarding Chhath Puja and has given necessary instructions. Chaudhary held a performance review meeting with department heads and DRMs at Baroda House in New Delhi.

He reviewed the arrangements for Chhath Puja and directed the concerned authorities to provide additional ticket counters, shelter outside the temporary general ticket counters, drinking water facilities, cleanliness, additional deployment of RPF to monitor the security arrangements.
