Vodafone Idea’s Rs 549 plan was offering a validity of 180 days. You were getting a total of 1GB data with this plan. In this, local and STD calls were to be charged at the rate of 2.5 paise per second. That is, in this you were getting limited talk time for Rs 549.
Customers are complaining
The company has discontinued this plan within a few days after launching it. However, the telecom company had added this plan to the customers in a very silent manner and then removed it. This plan was earlier visible only on the company’s website or mobile app and now it is not visible. On this, the customers are also complaining to the company that if this plan was to be discontinued, then why did they bring it. It was not even told that this plan will be removed.
