Kotak Mahindra Bank : There is an alert for Kotak Mahindra Bank customers. The bank has informed its customers that some services of the bank will not be available on 5th and 12th February. Kotak Bank said that maintenance work will be done to improve the bank’s service, due to which the bank’s service will not be available. The bank has sent an email to its customers regarding this.

The bank has said in the email that we are updating our system to give you a better banking experience. Therefore, some services related to your Kotak VISA Debit Card and Spendz Card will not be available for some time period. This problem will be from 1:00 am to 5:00 am on Wednesday 5 February 2025 and then on Wednesday 12 February 2025.

During this time, customers will not be able to do in-store POS transactions, online payments and international ATM transactions. Kotak Mahindra Bank has advised its customers to complete their important transactions in advance so that they do not face any kind of problem.
